Directions

 

1.

Mix prawns with beaten egg.

2.

Dust prawns with cornstarch.

3.

Pan-fry prawns in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil.

4.

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet and Sour Pork/Spare Ribs and heat through. Add prawns and stir well lightly.
