chicken boneless skinless diced into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes

cornstarch or flour (optional for deep fry)

red bell pepper diced into 1/2 inch pieces

Mandarin Orange Chicken Sauce

 

 

Directions

 

1.

Toss chicken with cornstarch or flour (optional for deep fry). Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or wok.

2.

Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes until brown. Add yellow onion and red bell pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes more.

3.

Stir in entire pouch of Lee Kum Kee Mandarin Orange Chicken Sauce. Bring to a simmer, then serve.
