Directions

Toss chicken with cornstarch or flour (optional for deep fry).
Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or wok. |

Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes until brown. Add yellow
onion and red bell pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes more. |

Stir in entire pouch of Lee Kum Kee Mandarin Orange Chicken
Sauce. Bring to a simmer, then serve. |
