Directions

 

1.

Mix chicken steaks with marinade (1 tbsp Black Pepper Sauce, Premium Soy Sauce).

2.

Pan-fry chicken steaks in 2 tbsp oil until done. Put on a serving plate.

3.

Pour away excess oil. Heat through Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and pour over chicken steaks. Serve with cooked rice and salad.
