Directions

Mix fish fillet with marinade (salt 1/2 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, pepper
a little, 1 tbsp of beaten egg). |

Dust fish fillet with cornstarch. Pan-fry in hot oil until
golden yellow and done. Drain. |

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Orange Fish
Fillet and heat through. Add fish fillet and stir well lightly.
